Bootstrap 2.0+discussion

This one is already too long, but is the key to everything. We need to bootstrap the software, bootstrap the processes, bootstrap our collective skills, and, in the end, demonstrate prowess, capabilities by standing up working designs quickly. Then iterate as in agile software development. Eat your own dogfood, use the prototype and give feedback into the agile workflow systems.
